Stargazing and Cityscapes Tour

There are two things that light up Japanese nights, one being man made, the other natural, but both shimmer brightly, leaving you with a sense of wonder and enchantment! 

Lets explore the city views at Asahiyama Memorial Park, as stunning local spot – before heading out to Jozankei area to see to the star-filled Hokkaido skies. 

This tour gives you the opportunity to witness the magical illuminations of Sapporo, those being both the glittering stars above, and the colourful night lights produced by the city!

The night will start when we head to Asahiyama Memorial Park, a lovely local spot that is hard to reach by public transport. It’s a spectacular night view of the city, but quieter than some of the more accessible places so you can enjoy it fully. We can enjoy a short walk around the park area to take pictures of the view, before heading over to get a coffee/tea/soft drink locally. 

After this we will head out towards Jozankei area, where the night skies are visible without the light pollution of the city and on a clear night you can see the beautiful stars. We will stop by Gensen Park and Futami Suspension Bridge as well as a local spot for the night skies. 

*It is possible to exchange the city views portion of this tour for the onsen in Jozankei (entrance fee excluded), if you privately book for your group. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to do this.
