A day trip with some of the most spectacular Hokkaido views. Enjoy Asahidake, Biei Blue Pond and Shirahige Waterfall in one day, take in the expanse of natural beauty, enjoy local food, and make friends whilst you travel.
Sapporo Pick Up
8am
We will start the day by driving from Sapporo to Asahidake Ropeway. Here we will take the ropeway up to see the spectacular views of the region. Depending on the weather, we can enjoy a short walk at the top of the mountain.
Next we will head for lunch together in a local spot, and enjoy local food and produce together.
In the afternoon, we will drive down to Biei area to see the famous Blue Pond, and beautiful area of Shirahige waterfall. It’s a stunning region of Hokkaido, and traveling by charter bus is the easiest way to see this much of the region in one day.
8:00 Depart Sapporo
11:30 Take the ropeway at Asahidake
13:25 Eat lunch together locally
15:30 Explore the famous Biei Blue Pond
16:10 Relax in the views around Shirahige Waterfall
19:00 Return to Sapporo
