Explore Furano & Biei (Summer Tour)

Enjoy a relaxing day trip throughout the Furano and Biei area, stopping at some of the most beautiful main sightseeing stops along the way. Enjoy a stop at Furano Cheese Factory before an early lunch in Biei, before heading to the famous Biei Blue Pond and local Shirehige Waterfall. In the afternoon visiti two of the largest flower farms, where the lavender will be in full bloom throughout July – we should get some perfect afternoon light for pictures!

Furano and Biei are some of the most well-known in Hokkaido. Furano’s lavender fields and Biei’s Blue Pond see them marked as must-view locations for travelers from all over the world. We want to explore this area together, but in a small and flexible group. Our small bus sizes mean that you can be part of a friendly atmosphere, ask questions and get to know your guide and driver, and also have lots of stop offs for local food, view spots and choice locations. 

Let’s enjoy Furano and Biei in a relaxed way, taking our time and enjoying the local environment as we do. We’ll start our day off in Furano, with the chance to buy local cheese, ice cream or other produce, followed by an early lunch in Biei area. Afterwards, we’ll continue our journey to Biei Blue Pond and Shirehige Falls when the noon sun should make the colours shine! Finally, we’ll visit two lavender farms – the well known Tomita Farm, but also Choei Lavender Park and Nakafurano Flower Park for some perfect afternoon views.
